About

A Little About Me

I’m passionate about the Lord, health and wellness, personal growth, brain health, and mentoring others on their journey.

As a lifelong learner, I’ve dedicated my career to growing and energizing people to succeed in all they are called to do. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Project Management Professional, and Certified Personal Trainer. I also hold a master’s degree in kinesiology with a focus on worksite wellness from Indiana's School of Public Health.

Most recently, I worked in corporate America as a Wellness Coach, providing one-on-one coaching and delivering in-person and virtual presentations to over 20,000 individuals. Before that, I proudly served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force for 12 years and owned a professional organizing business.

Currently, I have the privilege of serving as a Rock Steady coach at the Montgomery YMCA, working with an incredible group of members living with Parkinson’s. I’m also deeply involved in ministry as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship and mentoring college students.

I’ve been married to my best friend, Paul, for 27 wonderful years, and we’re blessed with two amazing adult children, Tyler and Grace.

When I’m not at the gym or out for a walk, you’ll often find me with a coffee in hand, reading, researching, or enjoying quality time with friends and family. I’ve learned that being fully present each day is one of life’s greatest gifts.
